The Process
You must ensure the referral form is completed in full with all sections completed. We require as much detail as possible for a decision to be made for housing. Once the referral form has been reviewed, you will be referred to a dedicated Support Provider who will then discuss the housing options. If you are accepted, we will then make an appointment with you or the potential tenant to complete the relevant forms. The referral assessment is necessary to ensure applicants referred meet the eligibility for accommodation.
Ash-Shahada is open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
